Please make sure I have items available before placing an order. Unless it’s a custom character I need to order.

Please note that I have to order the requested characters if I do not have them in stock. That takes 3-7 business days not including weekends or holidays. Then once arrived I will build your beads and add your character and ship it out to its forever home…

Estimated processing time for the custom orders (e.g., 5-7 business days or even 1-2 weeks) that allows for time to manage multiple orders and potential delays, rather than the raw creation time. Though you will be notified if characters delivery time is longer than expected.
